We're building the
category, not just the product.
ManOps.io exists to define, evangelize, and power Manpower Supply Operations as a recognized discipline in enterprise software.
Mission
Make every manpower supply company operationally excellent — with the software, data, and frameworks they need.
Vision
A world where "ManOps" is as recognized as "DevOps" — a standard discipline with its own tools, metrics, and community.
Belief
Companies that deploy workers across borders do the most complex operations in business. They deserve purpose-built software.
Born in the UAE. Built for the world.
ManOps started as Peepli — built from firsthand frustration with how manpower supply companies operated in the UAE. Thousands of deployed workers across dozens of clients, visas tracked in Excel, invoicing done manually, zero profitability visibility.
The UAE is the world's most intense manpower supply market. If software can handle UAE complexity — multi-nationality workforces, WPS compliance, visa quotas, free zone rules, multi-currency billing — it can handle anything.
We realized this wasn't just a product opportunity — it was a category opportunity. No dedicated software category, no shared vocabulary, no best practices. So we built all of it.

Our Values
Compliance First
Every feature starts with compliance. Workers' rights and regulatory adherence are non-negotiable.
Operator Empathy
We build for people who run manpower operations — real workflows, real problems.
Global + Local
Software that works everywhere but respects local complexity.
Category Thinking
We're building a category, not a feature. Every decision serves the long-term vision.
Data as a Moat
Aggregated intelligence creates value no single company can replicate.
Radical Transparency
Sunlight in pricing, compliance, and worker treatment is the best disinfectant.
